PaPler - party planning made easy!
Use the PaPler app to organize your own events, such as birthday, New Year's Eve and baby showers, game nights or meetings with your friends or even weddings or company events. Set the date and location, invite guests and determine what is needed for the event. For example, you need a cake and a bottle of orange juice for your dinner party. Then you can store these things in your event and your guests can decide whether they will bring any of them. They can also change the number of things as long as they want to bring them. Every guest will be able to see this decision. In this event, you can chat with the invited guests and exchange pictures with them. But your guest list remains visible only to you. If a guest answers your invitation with an acceptance or rejection, you will receive a notification about it. If you want to invite the guest again after they have rejected it because they have contacted you, you can do this with one click. As a host, you can see the number of acceptances and rejections at any time, and how many have not yet responded. If one of your guests leaves a chat message, PaPler will also inform you about it. The messages can also be subsequently edited or deleted by the author. All of this to make planning your event as easy as possible.
However, if you are invited to an event, you can view the details of the event, accept the invitation and tell your friend that you are coming with someone. You can also state that your companions are children. If something changes in your planning, you can subsequently decline the invitation or change the number of accompanying people. The host will receive information about this from the event planner app. If the host allows it, you will be able to add things to the event that you will bring with you, for example chips or pretzels, or a homemade dessert.
You are welcome to maintain your profile and upload your picture, enter your age and your eating habits. This way, your host can see if you are a vegetarian or perhaps have a food intolerance. Your friends will be able to invite you via PaPler if you enter your real phone number when registering. Are you still a minor and would like to give your host your parents' phone number? Then you can enter this in your profile. This way, your friends' parents can call your parents.
If your event starts tomorrow or an invitation is due tomorrow, PaPler will remind you. If you don't want to receive reminders or notifications, change the settings.
